Important Note

By using the Layabhailaya portal, you agree to these terms. These terms are a legal agreement between you and (Operator of Layabhailaya).

1. Scope of Service

Layabhailaya provides a digital interface for users to pay utility bills (Electricity, Gas, Water) and mobile recharges. We act as a facilitator between the customer and the utility service providers (e.g., MGVCL, UGVCL, Adani Gas).

2. Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for entering the correct Consumer ID or Mobile Number. Layabhailaya is not liable for payments made to the wrong account due to user error.

3. Payment & Convenience Fees

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • While we strive for zero-fee transactions, any applicable convenience fees will be shown clearly before the final payment.
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (₹).

4. Refund & Cancellation

Utility Bills: Once a payment is successfully processed and sent to the utility board, it cannot be cancelled or refunded by us.

Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your account but the bill is not paid, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Layabhailaya is not responsible for:

  • Delays in utility board systems updating your payment status.
  • Disconnection of services by the utility provider.
  • Technical failures in the third-party payment gateway.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bayad/Aravalli, Gujarat.
